Bac Giang deploys electronic invoices generated from cash registers

Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued an Official Dispatch on the implementation of electronic invoices (e-invoices) generated from cash registers in the province.
Deploy the use of e-invoices generated from cash registers quickly, conveniently and economically.

Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Tax Department to preside over and deploy the use of e-invoices generated from cash registers to each enterprise and individual business household. Closely coordinate with authorities to propose and advise the Provincial People's Committee on effective implementation solutions. Develop and issue an implementation plan in April 2024, focus on propagating and disseminating regulations and benefits of using e-invoices generated from cash registers in appropriate and effective forms for users to use, tax payers to understand, agree and implement. Review businesses and individual business households using e-invoices with tax authority codes generated from cash registers to deploy, ensuring the correct roadmap. Guide and urge cases being subject to deployment yet not using cash registers or sales management software to connect e-invoice data generated from the cash register.

Bac Giang Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station shall coordinate with the Tax agency to promptly and widely disseminate regulations and benefits of using e-invoices generated from cash registers to create consensus in organization and implementation process.

The State Bank of Vietnam – branch of Bac Giang province shall continue to direct commercial banks and credit institutions to promote the implementation of non-cash payments. Expand the form of electronic tax payment at commercial banks in a convenient way, suitable for each user. Coordinate with the Provincial Tax Department to direct and guide commercial banks to provide information to tax authorities for banking transactions of relevant organizations and individuals.

Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial Police, Provincial Market Management Department shall coordinate with tax authorities to increase information exchange for tax management. Propose solutions to prevent loss of state budget revenue. Closely coordinate with the Provincial Tax Department to strengthen tax management and the use of e-invoices generated from cash registers of businesses and individual business households subject to application according to regulations. Promote inspection and handling of violations in cases of selling goods and services without issuing invoices to consumers.

People's Committees of districts, the district-level town, and the city shall direct the Department of Culture and Information, departments, divisions, specialized units, and People's Committees of communes, wards, and towns to coordinate with tax authorities in tax management and in implementing the use of e-invoices generated from cash registers. Focus on propagating to sellers and buyers about the benefits of using e-invoices generated from cash registers to meet the requirement to issue invoices regularly, continuously, 24/7, creating favorable conditions for customers to take e-invoices to participate in the Tax industry's lucky invoice program.

Departments and agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, associations and organizations at the provincial level shall coordinate at the request of the tax authority to fully and promptly deploy the task of e-invoices generated from cash registers. Propagate to all officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, union members, and members of agencies and units to strictly implement tax laws and deploy e-invoices generated from cash registers, ensuring under the current regulations.
