As a family with three traditional generations of producing rice noodles in the traditional crafts village of Thu Duong, before, Mr. Phuoc and Hien and his wife only maintained the production of manual rice noodles according to the traditional recipe of the ancestor. again.

Accordingly, the family's rice noodle products are made with special, delicious and delicious noodles, which are favored by customers so orders are getting more and more. With the determination to bring the brand of Chu noodles to reach out, in 2015, the couple Hien decided to establish a cooperative with members mainly of relatives in the family.

When it was founded, Hien Phuoc Cooperative only had 10 member households but has increased to 45 member households so far, creating jobs for 80 main employees, with an income of about 6 million VND / person / month. Thanks to the support of science and technology, now on average, cooperatives produce 4 tons of raw rice per day.

The products of the members in Hien Phuoc Cooperative are strictly controlled from the stage of selecting rice materials and going through stages such as: washing rice - grinding rice - leaving the powder overnight - coated cake with drying - collecting dry cakes about rubbing bread with palm oil - pressing and folding for 3-5 hours then slicing noodles. Thus, a batch of raw rice undergoing the above steps takes about 5 days to create the finished product.

Not only focusing on improving product quality, in the past years, Hien Phuoc Cooperative has paid attention to product branding and diversified products as well as designs and packages to meet the demand. of many customers. Currently, the rice noodle products of cooperatives have 4 types: big noodle noodles; medium-sized rice noodles; small rice noodles - vermicelli and brown rice noodles.

In particular, the product of brown rice noodles to meet the needs of other subjects of diets (such as people with diabetes, blood pressure, fatty liver ...) tends to develop well. Currently, this product alone accounts for 30% of the total production of cooperatives. It is known that brown rice materials are imported from the province

Cao Bang, the products made are of high quality, although the price is nearly twice as high as that of white noodles but still favored by customers.

The noodle products of the production and business cooperative and consumption of Hien Phuoc rice noodle are now packed into 3 types to be consumed in the country: bags 500g, 700g, 1 kg, and 400g for export.

Ngai, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc, Quang Ninh ... through agents, the cooperative also signed contracts with Fivimart and Hapro companies, Vinh Long Intelligence One Member Co., Ltd. to bring Chu Xu noodle products. Export to markets such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Thanks to constantly improving the prestige with product quality, at the same time actively approaching new markets, innovating models, packaging methods and stamping of traceability to help the rice noodles products of Hien Phuoc production - business and consumption cooperatives are increasingly consumed at home and abroad, with consumption of 35-40 tons of products / month.
