Da Mai Vermicelli has soft and flexible noodles, cool, nourish, white as the finest flour so that it can be left for whole day without becoming sour. Da Mai Vermicelli has four main products, namely: noodles, scaly noodles (also known as leave shaped noodles), turtle shaped noodles, snail shell's valve shaped noodles. Turtle shaped noodles, snail shell's valve shaped noodles are usually made only when the villagers have festivals, or based on some private orders. Noodles, and scaly noodles are common products that are always processed and consumed daily. 

Vermicelli is simple dish suitable for many people's taste. From the vermicelli, people can make many delicious dishes, such as: Noodles with crap soup, shellfish soup, fish soup, swan and duck meat soup, bamboo shoot soup, pig's trotters soup, dog meat, roasted meat pies, fish sauce seasoned with belostomatid essence, shrimp paste, tofu, spring rolls, and salad of vermicelli.

Da Mai noodles making appeared relatively early (about 400 years), so Da Mai is one of the four ancient noodle villages of the North. The vermicelli making and vermicelli products have become the pride of the Da Mai people.
