2. Agricultural production, forestry and marine products industry

The movement of building a new rural area in the province continues to have clear changes, by the end of September, there are 4 out of 21 communes recognized to meet the new rural standards, bringing the total number of communes to 72 communes and meeting the standards. rate of 35.4%. 3. Trade, service, finance, banking

3.1. Commercial - service activities

Export value in the area in 9 months is estimated at 5.025 billion USD, up 2.3% over the same period, reaching 64.4% of the plan; imports were estimated at US $ 4.615 billion, equaling 99.6%, reaching 61.5% of the plan.

3.2. Banking services

As of September 30, 2018, the total mobilized capital in the province reached VND 45,440 billion, up 14.8%; outstanding loans reached VND 44,810 billion, up 14.5%; NPLs were VND 340 billion, accounting for 0.76% of total outstanding loans, down 0.04% compared to December 31, 2017.

3.3. State budget revenue

State budget revenue has exceeded the yearly estimate. Total budget revenue in 9 months was estimated at VND 7,075 billion, reaching 111.1% of the estimate. Domestic budget revenue was estimated at VND 6,405 billion, up 83.3% over the same period, exceeding 26.3% of the estimate, domestic revenue minus land use fees reached VND 2,555 billion, accounting for 60%, up 31.2 %, equal to 80.8% of the estimate.

4. About attracting investment and business development

In the first 9 months of the year, the province has granted and adjusted 168 new projects, total newly registered and supplemented registered capital reached 536 million USD; including 84 new domestic investment projects with registered capital of 1,641 billion VND, 48 FDI projects, registered capital of 139.5 million USD and adjusted for 36 projects, additional registered capital reached 326.3 million USD.

The whole province has 839 newly established enterprises, down 6.4%, equaling 55.9% of the set target, registered capital is 6,822 billion, down 19.1%.

II. Culture - society

1. Education and training

2. National defense and security work, ensuring traffic order and safety

Defense and security work has been strengthened. Military and police forces have cooperated well with units and localities in coping and dealing with losses caused by rain, storm and flood; stabilizing security and order, promptly supporting the people to stabilize production and business quickly, ensuring the situation in the area to promptly handle arising situations, ensuring order and security.

The work of ensuring traffic safety is uniformly and drastically implemented. In 9 months of 2018, there were 364 traffic accidents in the whole province, killing 164 people, injuring 303 people. Compared to the same period in 2017, an increase of 219 cases (151%), an increase of 95 deaths (137.6%), an increase of 174 injured people (134.8%).

In general, the socio-economic situation in 9 months of 2018 achieved many outstanding and comprehensive results in all fields.
