Ngoc Chau Industrial Cluster has an area of about 75 hectares. The location is located in Ngoc Chau commune and Ngoc Thien commune, Tan Yen district.

Industries expected to attract investment include: Apparel production; production of medicines, pharmaceutical chemicals and medicinal materials; production of products from other non-metallic minerals; metal production; manufacturing products from prefabricated metal (except machinery and equipment); manufacturing electronic products, computers and optical products; production of electrical equipment; production of motor vehicles; production of beds, cabinets, tables, chairs; factory warehouse for rent for production; supporting industry.

The progress of implementing the technical infrastructure investment project includes 2 phases:

In the 2024-2025 period, from the first quarter of 2024 to the end of the first quarter of 2025, carry out legal procedures of the industrial cluster such as making detailed planning, preparing feasibility study reports, preparing construction drawing designs, and preparing fire fighting construction, environmental impact assessment; changing the purpose of rice land use; compensation for site clearance for an area of 35 hectares.

From the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, continue to carry out compensation and site clearance on an area of 35 hectares. Complete the technical infrastructure items of the cluster, including a centralized wastewater treatment station. At the same time, attract secondary investors for production and business to fill at least 60% of the industrial land area (35ha area).

In the 2026-2027 period, carry out environmental, construction and other related procedures (if any) according to regulations. Complete site clearance compensation for the remaining 40ha area of the cluster. Complete the technical infrastructure items of the cluster, attract secondary investors to fill 100% of the entire industrial land area.

The total investment of the project is 899,723 billion VND. The project's operation period is 50 years, from the date of issuance of the Decision to establish the industrial cluster.

Ngoc Chau industrial cluster is established to operate according to current provisions of law. The investor in construction and business of infrastructure of Ngoc Chau industrial cluster (WIN Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company) is responsible for planning, implementing, organizing management and investing in the construction of industrial cluster infrastructure according to the approved schedule and current State regulations. The Department of Industry and Trade, People's Committee of Tan Yen district and relevant agencies are responsible for managing the operations of the industrial cluster according to regulations./.
