Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision to permit the establishment of Hoang Thi Hong Nga Notary Office.
Accordingly, the Notary Office Hoang Thi Hong Nga has a working office in Zone 3, Thang town, Hiep Hoa district.
The notary office is established, organized and operated by two notaries according to the type of partnership, having its own seal and account under the provisions of law; financial autonomy with revenues from notary public contributions, notary fees, notary remuneration and other lawful revenue sources.
The Chief Justice of the Notary Office is Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Nga, appointed by the Minister of Justice to the notary public at Decision No. 51 / QD-BTP dated November 16, 2004; Notary public is Ms. Dao Thi Thao, appointed by the Minister of Justice to the notary public at Decision No. 1026 / QD-BTP dated July 7, 2017./.
