Construction of the Labor Culture House in BacGiang Province was started in December 2010, on an area of nearly 8000 m2 in the center of BacGiang city as the investor of the Provincial Labor Union, the construction unit: First Joint Stock Company BacGiang Urban and Housing Development and No. 7 Construction Joint Stock Company; Total investment cost is more than VND 40 billion.

The project of the provincial Labor Culture House includes the following items: Hall of performances and meetings, administrative block and functional rooms.

The Labor Culture House of BacGiang Province is a revenue-generating business unit, located in the system of Labor Culture Houses of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, operating under the direct guidance of the Standing Committee of the Federation Provincial labor and state management in accordance with the law in the territory; has legal status, own account and seal.

Being invested as a multi-functional complex, the provincial Labor Culture House includes: a 500-seat large hall with air conditioning system for conferences and seminars ...; 10 function rooms (art classrooms, music classrooms, yoga studios, fitness clubs ...); Multi-function house, where sports activities and competitions are organized.
