In which, 05 industrial zones of Dinh Tram, Quang Chau, Song Khe - Noi Hoang, Van Trung, Hoa Phu have been put into operation with a total planning area of 1,260.3 ha. Of which, 04 industrial zones have filled 100% of industrial land for lease, 01 industrial zone has an occupancy rate of 85%.

Industrial zones are concentrated in Viet Yen, Yen Dung, Hiep Hoa and Lang Giang districts, located right on National Highway 1A, near Noi Bai airport, so it is very convenient for investors.

Currently, there are 03 industrial zones of Viet Han, Tan Hung, Yen Lu which are implementing technical infrastructure construction with a total area of 532.3 ha. The occupancy rate of industrial zones is about 71.1%.

Up to now, the total number of projects attracting investment in industrial zones is 422 projects including 316 FDI projects and 106 DDI projects with a total registered investment capital of 6,716 billion USD and 14,202 billion VND.

Most of the projects attracting investment in industrial zones mainly have modern and high-tech production technologies causing little or no pollution to the environment. The projects are mainly in electronics for mobile phones and tablets, smart watches, etc. and production of plastic products, mechanical engineering, production of new materials, solar batteries, etc./.
