Local adjustment of construction zoning planning of Yen Lu Industrial Zone, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province
People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued a Decision approving the local adjustment of the construction zoning planning of Yen Lu Industrial Zone, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province, scale 1/2,000.
Specifically, the boundary of the industrial zone is adjusted, the boundary of the Northwest area adjacent to Yen Lu Secondary School is reduced by about 5,400m² to serve the expansion of the school area; land is arranged to build medical stations, commune police stations, and commune cultural post offices in the future according to local requirements. The Southwest boundary of the area between Thach Xa village is expanded by about 5,400m², ensuring that the total approved industrial zone area is 377 hectares.
Land use planning is adjusted. Location 1 is adjusted to reduce the green area (symbol CX.8) from about 2.54 hectares to about 1.97 hectares; adjusted to increase the water surface area (symbol 3 NM.01) from about 2.77 hectares to about 2.8 hectares.
Location 2 is adjusted to increase the area of green land (symbol CX.11) from about 2.89 hectares to about 3.45 hectares; adjusted to reduce the water surface area (symbol NM.02) from 1.92 hectares to about 1.89 hectares.
A part of industrial land area (symbol CN.15) of about 0.12 hectares of location 3 is adjusted into green land (symbol CX.03); a part of green land area (symbol CX.03) of about 0.12 hectares is adjusted into technical infrastructure land (HT.03) to reserve for construction of Yen Lu 110kV Power Station.
At location 4, it is adjusted to combine the industrial land lot (symbol CN.03) with an area of 6.17 hectares and the industrial land lot (symbol CN.04) with an area of 9.97 hectares into an industrial land lot with an area of 16,14 hectares to suit the project implementation needs of investors in the industrial zone.
Technical infrastructure, the 110kV power supply line plan from Bac Ninh is adjusted to supply power to the 110/35(22)kV Yen Lu substation on the water surface area south of the industrial zone. The electricity supply target for the industrial zone is adjusted from 350KW/ha to 500KW/ha.
Other contents remain unchanged according to Decision No. 706/QD-UBND dated July 16, 2021 and Decision No. 791/QD-UBND dated August 4, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.
