Ceramic industry is started in Bac Giang from centuries ago, from ceramic products of famous ancient ceramic village in the Red River Delta, located along the Cau River- Tho Ha village; to special ceramic products- ceramic products of Ngoi village with two typical colours of bittern enamel and clay bone and decorated with relief flowers by the artists, rough ceramic products have traditional characteristics and special village culture.

Ceramic products are mainly produced from materials at the province: decoration ceramic products such as earthenware jar, lamp, statue, picture, worshiping ceramic products…These products are mainly consumed in Vietnam and exported to several overseas nations such as Japan, Germany, Middle East, Thailand, Singapore…
