1. Industrial production:

Industrial production in three months is 120.2% over the same period. Major manufacturing industries such as garment, electronics, plastics ... continue to contribute significantly to the growth of the provincial industry.

Industrial production value in the first three months is estimated at VND 18,010 billion, achieving 19.4% of the plan, up 22.5% over the same period, of which the state sector gained VND1,240 billion, up 22.4% , the non-state sector gained 3.550 trillion dong, increasing 9.9 percent, foreign invested sector gained 13.220 trillion dong, increasing 26.4 percent.

2. Agriculture, forestry and fishery:

Agricultural production is stable, the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production (2010) is estimated at VND 3,825 billion, equal to 20% of the plan, increasing 2.0% over the same period.

Yield of all winter crops increased over the same period. The total cultivated area is about 70,000 ha, reaching 87.3% of the plan; of which rice is 48,531 hectares, reaching 92.8% of the plan. The pest control situation is stable, the crops are stable; In particular, the rate of flowering, low fruit is low, the fabric reaches 80 - 85%, the main fabric reaches 40 - 50%.

There is no serious disease outbreak in livestock production. However, the selling price of most livestock products is the low price of pigs and poultry, which has a great impact on rearing livestock. Commercial catches in the province were estimated at 7,970 tonnes, up 9.1% over the same period.

Provinces and units are actively preparing for afforestation as planned; Up to now, the province has planted 456 hectares of concentrated forest, increasing 2.9% over the same period.

3. Trade, services, finance, banking

Trade in services has made positive gains, the value of service sector (2010) is estimated at VND5,850 billion, equaling 114.7% of the same period last year, reaching 23.5% of the plan. Total retail sales in the first three months were estimated at VND5,315 billion, increasing 13.9% against the same period last year, of which the non-state economy reached VND5.145 trillion, increasing 14.1%.

Banking continues to prosper, total capital mobilization and outstanding credit growth, bad debt rate tends to decrease. Estimated to 31/3/2017, total capital mobilization in the province is estimated at 33,500 billion, increasing 4.2%.

4. Regarding development investment

Investment environment of the province continues to improve. Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) in Bac Giang province in 2011 reached 58.2 points, ranked 33rd out of 63 provinces and cities, increasing 7 degrees compared to 2015.

The results of investment attraction continue to flourish. In the first three months of the year, 33 new investment projects are granted to the province, including 20 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of 25.545 trillion dong, 13 foreign direct investment projects, $ 167 million. Over the same period, total new investment projects increased by 3.1%, domestic projects by 11.1%, foreign projects by 92.9%.

5. Management of natural resources and environment

In the first three months of the year, the province issued 142 certificates of land use rights to organizations, reaching 142%; New 3,949 certificates granted to households, reaching 15.8% of the plan, 4,463 certificates changed, reaching 29.8% of the plan.

II. Culture - Society

1. Education and Training

In the first quarter, the education and training sector instructed the schools to hold the first semester of the semester. 2. Health care and people's health care

3. Cultural and sport activities

2. Defense and security work, ensuring traffic order and safety

In the first three months of the year, 69 cases of traffic accident occurred in the province, killing 28 and injuring 70. Compared with the same period in 2016, an increase of 24 cases (53.3%), an increase of 9 deaths (47.3%), an increase of 31 people were injured (79.4%).

In general, in the first quarter of 2017, socio-economic situation in the province achieved many outstanding results.
