The industrial production value (real price) is estimated at VND 78,360 billion, up 32.8% over the same period, reaching 84.3% of the plan; Of which, the state sector is estimated at VND4,485 billion, up 24.5%; The non-state sector was estimated at VND12,160 billion, up 17.1%; Foreign invested sector is estimated at VND 61,715 billion, up 36.7%.

2. Agriculture, forestry and fishery

Agriculture, forestry and fishery production are generally stable. The total area of ​​cultivated trees is 169,600 ha, equaling 98.1% of the same period last year. The season alone is estimated at 68,180 ha, equaling 98.8% of the plan. The annual rice output is estimated at 614 thousand tons, equaling 97.7%, productivity is estimated at 57.7 quintals/ha, equal to 100% compared to 2016..

Disease prevention and control in cattle, poultry and aquaculture is highly concentrated, so there are no serious disease outbreak in 9 months.

The total number of pigs is estimated at 1.04 million, equal to 85%, poultry is estimated at 16 millions and 100% for the same period. Commercial fish harvesting output is 29,550 tons, equaling 73.9% of the plan, up 10% over the same period.

The afforestation work has been concentrated, far exceeded the annual plan. The province has planted nearly 1.7 million scattered trees, reaching 173.8% of the plan; 6,830 ha of concentrated forests, reaching 138.6% of the annual plan. Forest management, protection, fire protection has been strengthened.

3. Trade, services, finance, banking

3.1. Trade - service activities

The price of goods in the province is basically stable, the supply of goods to meet the market demand. Total retail sales of goods and services in 9 months reached VND16,000 billion, up 14% over the same period, equal to 72.7% of the plan.

3.2. Import, Export

Import and export values have increased quite well. As of July 18, 1977, export value was estimated at $ 4,570 million, up 12% over the same period, equal to 95.2% of the plan. Import value is estimated at $ 4,310 million, up 12% over the same period, equal to 84.5% of the plan.

3.3. Banking operations and state budget revenues

Banking activity has flourished. Total mobilization and lending increase higher than the same period. By 30/9/2017, the total mobilized capital in the province reached 37,520 billion, up 16.7%; outstanding loans reaches 35,800 billion, up 14.5% over the same period.

Domestic budget revenue in 9 months is estimated at VND3,470 billion, increasing 27.6% against the same period, equal to 89.9% of the estimate.

4. Attracting investment and developing enterprises

Investment environment of the province continues to improve. Results of attracting investment continued to flourish, the total number of projects and registered capital increased significantly over the same period.

In the first nine months of this year, the province has granted 168 new investment projects, total newly registered and supplemented capital reaching US $ 2,032 million, equaling 81.3% of the plan. Of these, 139 new projects, including 97 domestic investment projects, registered capital of 27,140 billion; 42 foreign investment projects, registered capital of over 721 million and 29 projects registered adjustment, additional registered capital reached 102.7 million.

The number of newly established enterprises increased relatively high compared to the same period. From the beginning of the year to date, 947 enterprises have been newly established, up 57.6%, reaching 94.7%, total registered capital of 9.008 billion. In addition, the number of enterprises having to dissolve or suspend operation has decreased sharply over the same period.

II. Cultural - social

1. Education and Training

3. Cultural and sport activities

2. Defense and security work, ensuring traffic order and safety
