Specifically, the planned land belongs to the administrative boundaries of Doan Bai commune and Danh Thang commune, Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province. The North borders the planned Ring Road 2 connecting to NH37. The South borders planning road N1 connecting to NH37. The East borders the current residential areas of Dong Da and Phuc Thinh villages and the road connecting Thang town with Ring Road 4. The West borders the drainage canal.

The scale of the research and planning area is about 74.9 hectares. In terms of nature, this is a green industrial cluster, with modern, advanced, environmentally friendly technology, attracting professions such as mechanical industry; electrical - electronic industry; agricultural and forestry product processing; clothing industry; pharmaceuticals, animal feed; manufacturing and processing industry; supporting industry.

According to the spatial organization planning, landscape architecture and urban design, Danh Thang - Doan Bai industrial cluster arranges a 28.5m wide main spatial axis as the main axis of the cluster from ring road 2 to the center of the project and ending at the intersection with N1 road, creating both aesthetics and convenient placement of the industrial cluster and industrial enterprises.

Traffic is arranged in a checkerboard grid, surrounding the factories, making it convenient to communicate with each production area as well as export goods from the factory. Plan land plots for factory construction are suitable to each type and production line of the cluster. The factories of the industrial cluster are located in the center of the industrial cluster with expected floors from 01 to 05 floors, depending on the production line.

The administrative and service area is located in the west of the industrial cluster, close to PR288, where the industrial cluster operates, displays and introduces products. Arrange a strip of green trees isolated from the open ditch system, ensuring safety and improving the climate in the cluster. Adjust and connect the existing irrigation canal through the planning area to ensure it serves agricultural production as well as the area's landscape.
